I am a technology, engineering and product leader. For more than 20 years I have worked across SaaS, fintech, banking, telecommunications, education and retail — helping organisations translate strategy into execution and scale their technology capability with confidence.

My focus today sits at the intersection of engineering leadership, technology strategy, product operations and organisational effectiveness. I help leadership teams align engineering, product and operational priorities, evolve their platforms, make better decisions and build the conditions for specialists to do their best work.
